Three Rounds, One Champion.
Round 1
St. George Showdown
Each bartender will draw a St. George Spirit at random and create a cocktail featuring at least 1.5 oz of the chosen spirit.
Round 2
Agave Throwdown
Competitors who advance will draw either tequila or mezcal and must craft a cocktail that highlights their assigned base.
Round 3
The Mystery Challenge
The last bartenders standing will face one final test designed to push their creativity, technique, and ability to think on their feet.
